Roasted Red Pepper Cream and Arugula

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes Passata
  • Mozzarella Fior di Latte
  • Red Bell pepper cream
  • Arugula
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Make a Margherita using the dough you prefer.
    For the Roasted Red pepper sauce, you can find it ready or if you make it from scratch, clean and cut 2 red peppers, add some oil in a pan and start to fry some garlic.
    When the garlic start to turn gold, add the peppers sliced in cubes. Add some salt and cook them at medium-low temperature for twenty minutes. When they cool down, blend them to make the cream.
    When the pizza is cooked, you can add the Red pepper cream, some arugula and Parmesan cheese in slices.
