The oven is not intended to be used with both flames at the same time, while you use the Wood, you can cover the gas burner. If you prefer to use just gas, you can remove the wood holder and cook up to 2 pizza simultaneously.

Heating times: the oven reach a temperature of 350°C in 15 minutes to cook a standard pizzas. In 25-30 minutes it reach 500°C to cook an authentic Neapolitan pizza, either just using Gas or wood.  

  • The cooking floor area is 60 cm wide x 40 cm deep.
  • With the Wood holder, the cooking area is 45 cm wide, one of the largest in this category. A standard pizza is 28 – 30 cm wide.
  • Perfect manoeuvrability, you can easily turn the pizza and keep it far from the flame avoiding to burn the borders.
  • The stone, certify for food use, is 3 cm tick. It keep the temperature for long, limiting the heating recovery time between a pizza and the following.

  • A convenient front knob gas regulator, let you to control the flame on demand.
  • A 7 kw burner is positioned at the floor level, the powerful flame can reach the top of chamber.
  • In 20 minutes, only using gas, the stone can reach a temperature of 400 degree Celsius, perfect for cooking a Neapolitan pizza in 90 seconds.
  • A built-in thermometer provides an indication of temperature in the cooking chamber.
  • The oven arrive pre-assembled, connect a gas regulator and attach the chimney.
  • Take advantage of the prolonged temperatures to cook not only pizzas, but bread, vegetable dishes, roast or slow cook meat and fish.
