  • Burrata cheese
  • Fresh cherry tomatoes
  • Basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Make a Margherita, and when cooked, add the tomatoes and spread a small quantity of Burrata. Finish by adding some olive oil and basil leaves for decoration.
Burrata is a type of mozzarella from Apulia, Italy. It is made with cow’s milk and is hard on the outside and creamy on the inside.
If you eat Burrata by itself, it doesn’t have a strong flavor, but if you combine it with the pizza and fresh cherry tomatoes, you will create a great combination.
